i am not sure how i started buying tupperware stuff now. maybe bcoz after i read an article on 'don't use recycle water bottle'! after reading... i searched up and down for a tupperware dealer. to my surprise.. my opismate is one and she gave me a li'l discount! started with the tumbler.. and later bought containers after containers... normal use, fridge use and also microwave use! more will come... err, m a member now. if any of you would like to buy, pls contact me. i shall give some discount!

haha... nothin' to put in... so, here slot-in my foods. i am a big eater! u don't believe me?? u ought to!  had ayam-brand-tuna sandwiches and tea for breakfast. i am started to have sandwiches for breakfast again! dunno how long it will lasts. lepas dah boring... maybe back to shell nasi lemak... and after that.. to-sai... after that... seri muka... bla bla... for lunch pulak.. hmm.. so pathetic! i just had 2 breads yg i bought from bread story and a bottle of low-fat yogurt drink. why so light? because i dont have enuff time to take proper meal coz i went to bank and post office.. i just grab these and ate in my car while waiting for the rains to stop. yeahhh.. i was raining for about 15 minutes yesterday! lepas tu 4pm.. had some snacks.. and of course.. in between.. munch some 'kerepek ubi perisa ayam' (nice ok!) and puffed peanuts.

muhammad nabil shahmie is my third sis boy. was born on july 7th, 2003. very fair compared to farizal. maybe bcoz his mom ate red apple almost everyday during her pregnancy. i dont know. err.. maybe i can try for my next pregnancy which will be in 2-3 years time?!

his name is wan farizal afian. was born on april 9th, 2003. weighted 3.8kg at birth, 55cm. last check-up (end april), weighted 12.3kg! he he krusss semangat. our boy memang berat. however, berat dia dah gradually turun. papa and mama (especially) rasa cam nak patah pinggang! well, he can walk now (skip crawling... ngah learning how to crawl la pulak now) but still depend on us a li'l bit.
